Kevin is naturally drawn to and deeply interested in Anatomy, Neurology and the connection between the two fields. Ever sc...ience-minded, his studies reflect his academic curiosity. In 2013, Kevin graduated from Salisbury University with a major in Exercise Science and a minor in Athletic Coaching. That same year, he completed his 200-hour teacher training at Kripalu in Massachusetts. Additionally he has studied Yin with Joe Barnett, meditation with Jarret Levine and Asana with Mira Shani.
Kevin has taught yoga and team building to High School and College sports teams and also within community programs. Kevin is a certified Personal Trainer and is grateful for the chance to work with a wide range of people. After graduating from Salisbury University in 2013, he spent a year as a part of the YMCA and Soul Yoga Studio communities. Soul Yoga, as well as the Eastern Shore, held great space for personal growth.
Kevin’s classes are soulful, energetic expressions of life and yoga. He allows space and intention for creative expression and development of your own yogic practice, while celebrating the connection we each bring as individuals into one community. His connection to intention and meditation is clear and allows each yogi to know themselves on a deeper level.
Always up for new adventures, Kevin seeks out new experiences like traveling to cities, trekking through nature and digging into new foods. Anything in the Great Outdoors holds great appeal, especially hiking, biking, swimming and the occasional Triathlon or Obstacle Course.
